If I could give no stars I would. I will not return. I had read a review that said the nail tech was rude and talked about her with coworkers in a different language. I chose to come anyways and I had the same experience. I was treated rudely and was not satisfied with my time here. My nails were not done well. There are plenty of places to get your nails done and I will definitely choose somewhere else.
I've been going to this nail salon for at least a year now and each time I've gone in everybody has been very extremely nice to me and if I had a problem with my nails they fix it no problem and the thing is when people think that they're talking about us they're not talking about us they don't speak very good English so they're asking their co-workers how to say something back to you or vice versa you know and you can understand all those people they work 7 days a week and they work from the time it opens to the time it closes not like us where we got a 9 to 5:00 and we leave or whatever we can make our hours all I got to say is this nail place is one of the best nail places that I've ever been in it's clean everybody's extremely nice here and they let you know if something's going to cost extra I've been in other places where they do it and then they tell me after the fact that it was going to cost extra keep up the good work so a big shout out Bella's nail salon all is do a great job
These ladies slay every time. I have been going here consistently for a year now, 1-2x a month for nails, pedis, wax, everything. They are friendly, helpful, genuine - they can match the exact color I’m looking for, fix any nails (that I break to my own fault) and already know what I want before I even ask. I will continue to go and recommend everyone to come here!!
Usually I go here and I am satisfied, this time everything was going fine until the last 2 minutes of my appointment. I got Dip nails and everything looked fine, they put the top coat on told me to wait two minutes, as I was waiting they rushed back, I thought to myself it definitely hasn’t been two minutes, but they are the professionals. They put the lotion on my hands and tell me I am all set, so I go up to the register to pay. I walk out of the salon and that’s when I realize that if they had just been patient, my nails would be smooth and perfect, their is a reason to wait those two minutes, next time, if I give them a second chance nobody is rushing me I am waiting those two minutes because now if I look closely I can see imperfections and my nails are not smooth. I had to go home and reapply a topcoat, it definitely did not fix them, but I believe it helped. Could be worse but I am a bit disappointed.
The service that I received was fine however I had two issues during my pedicure. The first is that it was clear that the staff were chatting about me because one of them said something and then the three techs all stopped and looked up at me. The second was that one of the tech wanted to go home so she asked if she could start my manicure while I was still getting a pedicure. Rather awkward process and would have preferred that the manicure was done in full at the manicure station. The other issue is that I had selected the Dazzle polish and I wasn't informed upfront that using it came with an up charge.
Rude! I had a 2:20 appointment and was told I would need to wait five minutes. After 25 minutes of people ignoring me, I shared with someone that I needed to leave within a half an hour. With any level of courtesy on their part, I would’ve happily come back a different time. They continued to ignore me until I had to just leave. Why make an appointment if they can’t follow through with it. Also why not just be courteous.
Used to be clean competent place. No more. Incompetent pedicure, extension cords all over the place for pedi dryers, got fungus infection on top. Never again. Bubbles and Polish nearby, better choice.

Nice and clean nail salon, however the quality of the dip manicure I received was not great. My nails chipped less than 1 week after my manicure here, which is odd considering every other dip manicure I’ve gotten at other salons have lasted close to 3 weeks.
I’ve come multiple times and seen multiple techs, and everyone has been fantastic! They take the time to make sure I’m happy with the color, and they do a great job of prepping the nail and cuticle and applying the polish. My results have lasted well, and my nails feel stronger than ever. They even end with a hand massage with lotion. Thanks Belle Vista!
Henry & Tina are the best! They were so detailed orientated and took their time to create beautiful nails for my bridal shower and wedding day. I’m so thankful to have them as a part of my glam squad for my wedding events
Love going here to get my nails done! It is always clean and the staff are all friendly! Most recently I had my nails done for my wedding and was so happy with how they turned out!
Ana,Thank you for a wonderful experience. This was a last minute schedule, and I was warmly greeted despite this fact. You were efficient, payed attention to detail, and the fern that you freehand painted was elegant and symmetrical on each big toe. It was evident that you were an artist.I payed for a deluxe pedicure and felt that it was well worth the price. In addition, Anna allowed me to listen to music without trying to engage in conversation. Social interaction was reciprocal to my energy, and I appreciated that. It allowed me to relax.Finally, I have been feeling as though the last few salons I have gone to- there is always an attempt to upsell the services with add ins (wax/massage/facial. Etc). I got what I asked for, and wasn’t pressured for any additional services.Thank you again for a wonderful experience.
A bit grown out now, but pic can definitely show the quality and care that went into crafting these as they're almost a month old and still looking good imo. The nail tech did a great job. She painstakingly took her time to get the design I wanted and while it took a couple hours the results definitely showed how much care she puts into her craft and she did it with a smile and great attitude the whole time! Not my regular place as I was in town for an event, but would definitely return if ever the need arose.
I have been coming to Belle Vista for a year now and always leave with beautiful nails! The staff are always extremely considerate, kind, and take their time making sure I am happy with how my nails look. Today I had Anna who was so kind, and I love how my nails look! Highly recommend to anyone looking for good quality nail care 🙂
Love this place!!! I’ve been coming here for the last few weeks and this place is amazing. It’s clean, professional, easy to book, and the staff are so nice. Anna does an amazing job and is so good about paying attention to detail. Highly recommend this place if you want a great experience.
I'm not sure I have EVER left a review for anything, but found myself displeased with my experience here. I have gone here a couple times with my most recent being the last straw. I came here to get both a manicure and pedicure for my bridal shower. I had shown the technician beforehand the very simplistic design I wanted on my nails and even eluded to a design while making my appointment online. The technician said she was able to do it and continued forward. During the entire process, many employees were looking over her shoulder and then looking at me. I was initially wondering why it was they were doing so, but now I am lead to believe that she was possibly new. After getting confused multiple times on what step she was on, she finally got to the design. To which she tried twice and then said, "I can't do that!" to which I asked if someone else could try. I'm sure if she just didn't quite understand. My pedicure was mediocre as well, with maybe a 30 second foot massage, just enough to ensure the lotion was rubbed in. When leaving the front desk staff asked me if I was happy with my manicure, to which I answered, "Not really!" They then proceeded to ring me up, no questions asked. My nails proceeded to chip THAT NIGHT and I was forced to touch up my own nails before my bridal shower.
I love this nail studio. The staff is so friendly and kind. I got different colors on each nail and the woman helping me was so patient and kind, the other women were also helping find colors. I love coming here because of how great my nails come out, but also because of the staff. Everyone who works there is so helpful. The salon is also so organized and clean.
I got a gel manicure and omg it lasted around 4 weeks. I love the service and love the prices. My friend got tips and they lasted around 2 and a half months. She said we are definitely going back again! ❤️
I have been going to this place for a year, and it truly is the best nail salon I have ever been to. I get dip and it never chips or lifts. Every nail tech is amazing and does a flawless job every time. Today I saw Henry and he did the most beautiful design, he's so talented! If you are considering giving it a try, you 100% should- it's totally worth it!
i’ve come here a few times now and left very happy however, that was not the case during my most recent experience. i went in to my appointment with french tips painted on from my previous one and loved it so much, all i wanted was to change the color of the french. i told the tech “i want the same thing but, with a purple french tip” to which the tech replied this was do-able. i did notmention wanting an opaque color on my nails along with the french but somehow left with just that in addition to an awful excuse for a french manicure. extremely upset after paying a great deal of money, i contacted the business privately to see if they could resolve my issue. they accepted an appointment for me the very next day which i was ecstatic about. upon my arrival, i explain what happened in greater detail to the person at the counter. after i’ve sat down with a technician, the receptionist comes over and proceeds to tell me that i am the one who asked for the wrong thing and that it is my job to pick my base when doing a french manicure. i’ve been getting my nails done for years and never have been told to choose a base when i ask for a french manicure, not even during previous appointments at this specific location. i come to the professionals for this BECAUSE i don’t know what the base is, i don’t know anything about this stuff. she basically told me this entire situation was my fault, i almost bursted out in tears right then and there. my face must’ve looked upset too because my technician kept asking me if she was hurting me which she wasn’t, i was just feeling berated and like i was being told i am stupid by the receptionist and doing my best to not start crying. sad to say i won’t be coming back here.
Spacious, soothing, calming environment with exceptional service. Staff is kind, thorough and great pricing. Cleanest nail salon I have ever encountered. Mani/pedi specialist Jenny was fantastic!
Mixed on this - the space is beautiful and clean. However their Dazzle Dry colors all seemed a bit old - I got a dazzle dry manicure and there are small pockets of bubbles/streaks and my nail shape was a bit uneven. Had to file a few right after. They were super nice though.Updated: I wanted to love it so I came back and got dip instead, and 2 of my nails chipped within the first few days 🙁
I’ve been coming here for months now, and have always had a great experience. Every nail tech has done a great job with my manicures. They have an extensive amount of colors for whatever you’re in the mood for. I always make an appointment (because they’re usually busy - rightfully so) and they are very respectful and conscientious of honoring your time. The reception staff are super friendly, too. So happy to have this gem!
I was in town visiting a friend and wanted a manicure because my nails looked really bad but wasn't familiar with the area. My son had found this salon and I decided to take a chance and called in. The representative/receptionist, Meg, was super friendly and very accommodating. She was able to slot me in the same day in the afternoon, which was a pleasant surprise! The customer service was top notch. The salon itself was extremely clean and modern! But very white, I wish it'd be a little less austere, maybe an eggshell white would be a little warmer. The technician was cordial and professional and did a great job. Definitely recommend.
Winnie did my gel manicure today and it looks absolutely perfect. My appointment started on time, the studio is extremely clean, and they have an extensive and very organized color selection. I'll be back!!
Tina did a wonderful job on my ombré nails today. She was skilled and gentle. Tina and her colleagues were very friendly. The salon is spotless and there is pleasant music in the background. Prices are reasonable. They took me as a walk-in but I will be going back for good!
I love this nail salon! Techs are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I always get 5 star service at an extremely reasonable price. I drive an hour to come here and will continue to come here. Highly highly recommend trying it out, it only takes one visit to fall in love with this salon!
First time going and the staff was so friendly. And my nails came out amazing. As a tip bring some cash because they only accept cash tips and the people who work there deserve it.
This is my new favorite nail salon. Every technician I’ve had has been fabulous. They have a great variety of dip colors. My dip manicure has lasted a full 2.5-3 weeks without any chips. The owner is friendly and attentive. I’ll be back soon!
My experience today at Belle Vista was superb. What an absolute gem of a nail salon. From the warm welcome at the door, to the clean, crisp and calming environment, and finally to the kind and gentle nail technician who was simply perfection. I will tell all my friends about this place and will most certainly, without a doubt, be back again soon. Thank you!
My new go to!! Such a good experience the two times I have been. My gel manicure lasted me about three weeks! Great environment and very kind workers. Definitely recommend!
I’ve been getting my nails done every three weeks for probably 10 years now and this is by far the best dip manicure I’ve ever had. Everyone was so friendly and the salon itself was beautiful and spotless. I was in an out and about an hour, including the time it took to remove my previous manicure. So happy to have found a new nail salon!
